St. Martin's Dinner in Pira

From October 31st onwards, Pira Restaurant invites you to a special culinary experience, in which tradition, seasonal ingredients and modern culinary creativity are intertwined.

The evening begins with a glass of young wine and a greeting from the kitchen, followed by St. Martin's menu.

You will be pampered with duck pâté on toasted brioche, velvety pumpkin soup with roasted chestnuts and slow-braised pork cheeks in red wine. For a sweet ending, an apple strudel with vanilla cream and a sweet wine reduction will provide the perfect finishing touch.

You can complete the entire experience with a selected wine accompaniment, which will further emphasize the harmony of autumn flavors.
