A Wine Journey Through Slovenia
Discover Slovenia through its selected wines at Bistro Štorja. This guided wine tasting takes you on a journey through the country’s diverse wine-growing regions, indigenous grape varieties and distinctive wine styles, reflecting Slovenia’s rich winemaking heritage. You can choose either a short or a long journey.
The Short Journey includes four carefully selected wines accompanied by matching bites, while the Long Journey features seven wines paired with a selection of complementary snacks. The tasting is led by a Level 3 certified sommelier who introduces each wine through stories of its region, grape variety, winemaking tradition and pairing with food.
The wine tasting can be enjoyed as a stand-alone experience or complemented with lunch or dinner. It is served for the entire table, with a minimum of two participants.
