Life on the Farm
How many animals live at the Volk Organic Farm? See if you can count them all as you meet horses, goats, sheep, cats, dogs, fish and chickens.
Visit a farm where animal welfare always comes first. Your hosts will show you how to approach animals calmly and respectfully, observe their behaviour and recognise what they are communicating through their body language.
This experience combines close encounters with animals, time spent in nature and an introduction to sustainable organic farming. Activities are adapted to the age and abilities of participants, as well as the season, making the experience suitable for all ages.

What to bring: comfortable clothing and sturdy walking shoes
Optional extra: from June to August, you can also stay overnight on the farm – sleeping on hay, in a tent or in a cosy wooden cabin beside the stream.
